Save the Children invites applications for the following positions under an urgent response program to recent Rohingya Crisis in Bangladesh. We are working in different locations in Cox’s Bazar, providing vital services to displaced Rohingya peoples, including distributing the food, shelter, water & sanitation, education, health, nutrition, and child protection needs of the Rohingya refugees, particularly of the children.

Partnership Manager, Rohingya Response
Number of position: 1 (One)
Job Nature: Contractual
Job Location: Cox’s Bazar
Responsibilities:
As a focal person Partnership Manager in his/her capacity will support the Rohingya Response program in the areas of partnership management, partner contracting, financial monitoring, new partner assessment and operation strengthening.
S/he will lead a team to ensure that our knowledge of local actors is up to date and regular partner monitoring as well as follow up with programs and partners has strong oversight.
This position ensures quality services to internal and external stakeholders in line with the Partnership Framework and Humanitarian Partnership Manual.
S/he will ensure that partner inductions and kick off meetings take place and both partner and SCI staff are well aware of mutual expectations and required actions.
Maintaining a close relationship with PDQ, Awards & Budget holders the incumbent will also ensure that partner capacity strengthening plans are in place following partnership assessments, monitoring and reviewing partners’ own capacity strengthening plans and partner reports are followed.
Requirements:
At least 6 years’ experience of which 3 years in management position covering financial management and organizational capacity building in a national or international organization.
S/he is expected to have demonstrated experience on capacity strengthening, budgeting and budget monitoring.
Good understanding of donor compliance and financial systems and procedures, excellent analytical skills, ability to analyze complex financial data, proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel are also essential.
Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation, excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to deliver training are other pre-requisites.
Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/ Business Studies/Management or relevant discipline.
Understanding on Save the Children reporting mechanisms and requirements a plus.
